To support our continued progression toward achieving Net Zero, the organisation has established the following carbon reduction targets:

• Next 4yrs to 2028: Target of 50% Carbon reduction to 4.9t
• Period to 2035: Target of 78% Carbon reduction to 2.156t
• Period to 2040: Target of 100% Carbon reduction to Net Zero

The projected reduction trajectory illustrated in the accompanying graph has been evaluated against our actual emissions performance as we advance toward our Net Zero objective. In 2024, an increase in emissions was recorded due to the expansion of our workforce, including the addition of a team member based in Northern Ireland, which resulted in increased air travel. Furthermore, several unplanned international business trips contributed additional emissions that had not been incorporated into earlier forecasts.
